"Dai (7.50cm x 7.50cm x 0.30cm) Sho (7.10cm x 7.10cm x 0.27cm) Sanmai tsuba in the design of foilage, phoenix, temples and other scenic themes, showing on front and back, maru gata, both with fukurin of shakudo. Kozuka ana on each piece. Both Tsuba are made of Shakudo (alloy of copper and gold). All surfaces are Nanako-Ji. Only the Sho has Zogan of gold. Very elaborate and tasteful Daisho" (Haynes & Long) |
