Serious Inquiries Only |
"The metal parts of the four-petal flower design are full-bodied, the design has movement, and the metal is of fine quality and has a deep color. These traits and the aged look of the seppa-dai and the hitsu-ana indicate that this is a work of some antiquity. The elegance of the design is distinctively Umetada. Dates to Muromachi period, ca. 1500." (Haynes & Long) 7.90cm x 7.90cm x 0.50cm |
