"Iron base chrysanthemum flower shape with rounded rim. It is a beautiful design reminiscent of the flower haze when the cherry blossoms are dancing. Very elaborate and ornate work. This seems to be a work of a student around the 4th to 5th generation. It is of good composition and a serious work of great skill and sense. Large tsuba of this size are rare and of this design."
